1. General terms of transactions:
Our business through the website www.esiot.gr does everything that is possible to ensure the quality, plenitude and validity of all the elements and attributes that it mentions about the sold products and their respective producers.
And finally it exposes the pages of all the benefits and services of our webpage, maintaining every reserve for any technical or typographical mistakes that cannot be predicted or are involuntarily resulted or for operational interruptions of the website due to force measure.
Each order and purchase can take place from either a guest visitor of our webpage – a non-registered user, or a user – registered user.
2. Order Delivery (Realisation)
Our business commits that the order, given that the quantities and the products of each order are already stored in our business’ storage, will be given to the collaborating delivery company to be dispatched for delivery in seventy two hours (72 hours) the latest, starting from our delivery of the confirmation document to the client, be it via fax, or electronic email.
All visitors/users, registered or not will be able to ask for the delivery of the products of their order to a different address than that of the home address that they stated during the submission of their personal details.
All product deliveries are realised through the company under the name “SPEEDEX”, in Greece. There is though the option, after documented communication and agreement between our business and the client, for the products to be delivered to the client’s destination of choice with a different transport company or in any other way the client will propose, with the client’s responsibility, the client’s expenses and the client’s undertaking of any danger for the safe and in-time transportation of our frail and fragile commerce.
3. Merchandise pricing
The corresponding VAT percentage for each individual product, is already included in the prices shown next to each of our products, depending on the type of product, and is valid for the products that are for sale, exclusively for the quantities that are already stored in our company’s storage facilities. There is a special numbering system during the ordering process, that informs the visitor/user about how many items of each specific product are available at that particular moment in our storage facilities. For new quantities, or greater than that of our reserves, after communication with the providers and clients, we reserve the right to adjust the prices and in any case of law adjustments on VAT percentage determination.
4. Weight and destination dependant pricing
For delivery inside Greece, esiot.gr provides 3€ shipping and free shipping for orders over 250€.
For beyond Greece destinations, esiot.gr has a Worldwide Flat rate policy per order (20€) and will be delivered via ground mail.
5. Payment options
The alternative payment options are the following:
a) With a bank deposit of the order’s cost in our electronic store’s bank account:

c) Cash on delivery, wherever possible, the moment that you receive the items ordered. The cash on delivery option has an extra charge of 3€, to be payed by the client. Only for orders inside Greece.
d) With credit / debit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO).
6. Cancelling an order – Retraction rights
The client has the right to cancel or change partially or totally his order inside the time limit of twenty-four (24) hours from the receiving of the order confirmation letter sent by our company.
The client has also the right to retract from the sale contract concerning products they bought from our electronic store (eshop), inside the time limit of ten (10) days. This time limit starts from the receiving of the merchandise, with the condition that the merchandise will be returned in the same condition that they were received, without deteriorations of their packaging, labels and accompanied by their receipt or invoice and the return form completed by the client. The client is obliged to inform by phone at +30213600041 our company for their decision to retract before returning the product. Free domestic returns (within Greece) for purchases over €100 via Speedex. For purchases below €100 the customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. If you order from abroad, the customer is completely responsible for the immediate return delivery cost of the merchandise to our storage facilities. After inspecting and decide their condition to be without deterioration and detrimental faults, the money that were deposited for the merchandise’s acquisition are refunded, in legitimate time, and after communication between company and client, and in the same way that the client chose to pay for his order. During sale periods or for fixed discount codes, the respective policy applies to the current return – cancellation policy of the company.
For EXTRA 15% DISCOUNT ON WINTER SALES (22-29/2/24) the orders are not refundable. You can return your product if it doesn’ t fit you and we will either change it with another product available at www.esiot.gr or send you a coupon code for online future use within 1 year.
7. Responsibility and damage restrictions
The website www.esiot.gr of our electronic store can not guarantee therefore is not responsible for any kind of damage, not even caused by negligence, direct or indirect, positive or negative, that is caused to the visitor/user of the pages, that will be the result in any way from mistakes, incapabilities, omissions, or loss of data during the use of the current terms to which they proceed under their own initiative and responsibility.
In every case of social network use by our website’s visitors of users, when there is mention of our electronic store, products, comments, opinions or anything else, it is pointed out that our website has no obligation regarding preventive monitoring.
