You are not happy with your new ESIOT™ products? If so please do the following.


1. Contact us between 10:00 – 18:00 via phone at+302103600041 or via mail at contact@esiot.gr.


2. If the shoes have not a suitable fit,  you have up to 10 days to return them and send you the right size. 

3. Don’ t forget to include the return form (included in the parcel) completed that clearly states your personal information as well as mention the reason of return.


4. Pack the products unused, carefully in their original box and a secure outer wrapper and send them back to the following recipient: ESIOT™ – 11  Drosou, 84200 Tinos Cyclades Greece. Please , before returning be sure you have already called us at +302103600041.

Free domestic returns (within Greece). 

For returns from abroad customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. 

(if you return from abroad please clarify that your parcel is a returning product from www.esiot.gr, based in Greece to avoid Customs.)

Attention for sale periods (!): 

During sale periods or fixed discount codes, free returns in GR apply for purchases over €100 via Speedex and for purchases below €100 the customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.

For returns from abroad customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. 

During a sale period or for a discount code the return policy may differs. For BLACK FRIDAY SALES the order cost is not refundable, but the client can order a new other product of equal or greater value than that of the cancelled/changed order. If the client prefers, our company will send to him a coupon code of equal value for future online orders within 1 year via www.esiot.gr
